There has been no network in the area where I live for over 2 weeks, it went down on the 4 August. Individuals having the same problem in the local area whatsapp group have all reported it and there's been no resolution of the issue. This has been extremely inconvenient, particularly affecting work calls I can't take on wifi. As it has been so long now without any clarity on when it will be fixed, I would very much hope that O2 is offering some financial compensation to those affected, since we are paying for a service that is not functioning.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

This is not O2 and sadly no one from O2 will read your post.

There can be hundreds of reasons why a fix is not in place from having to remove a mast, gaining site access, and the world wide shortage of parts.

Not making excuses because we will never know.

Any compensation will need to be negotiated AFTER the fix.

Use WiFi Calling when possible which will allow you to make and receive calls at home

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
