Hi, I have a UK number and Tarrif with O2 Abroad but I can no longer get coverage in Australia where I am temporarily living.   You no longer provide online agents to help with support and it's impossible to figure out what's happening.  How can I speak to someone?

@Westystu You may be out of the UK for longer than is allowed under O2's Fair Usage Policy

You can call customer service on +44800 032 1402 for free using Skype: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104/highlight/true#M181823

Other 800 numbers are in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
The +44800 number isn't available until 9 am UK time.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
