Since January after a sim swap I have had no incoming caller id or answer machine o2 are not helping and this is so stressful / why won’t anyone help me

Top right of page there is an envelope icon. If that has a red 1 in the envelope, this means @O2Sarah- has sent you a private message. Click on the envelope, this will open the message and then you can reply.
