No Caller ID

Hi there. Every time I receive a call my caller ID doesn't recognise the number so it is displayed as Unknown caller. It has only just started doing it over the last couple of weeks. Can anyone help

@Enlli Thanks for getting back to me. Is there anyone from O2 here like a community manager or anything that can take a look do you know? 

I have been told someone would call me regarding my complaint and escalation over a week ago. Still nothing.

It's taking about 8 weeks for o2 to process complaints @RepublicGuy , so if you have raised one it will be a while before someone is in touch.

It will also mean that many "normal" customer service staff will not be able to help for fear of interfering with the complaints process...

Hi @gmarkj Wow...... that is poor...! I was told to expect a call today, probably unlikely in that case...! 

Is there any O2 staff on here? Are stores able to do a lot of the technical support?

We have a Community Manager but he is not really equipped to deal with customer technical problems.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
