Hi there. Every time I receive a call my caller ID doesn't recognise the number so it is displayed as Unknown caller. It has only just started doing it over the last couple of weeks. Can anyone help

It's taking about 8 weeks for o2 to process complaints @RepublicGuy , so if you have raised one it will be a while before someone is in touch.
It will also mean that many "normal" customer service staff will not be able to help for fear of interfering with the complaints process...

We have a Community Manager but he is not really equipped to deal with customer technical problems.
