hi, my son has a Samsung galaxy and he has not been getting 4G for quite some time ever since we changed his phone and Sim card on the insurance policy. In fact all he gets is H plus I have phoned three times and have been promised an engineer would call which they never have and I am at my wits end about what to do about it. Can anybody help?

O2 rarely phone.
Are other people getting O2 4G in the same location?
Is the network type set to 4G (LTE) on his phone?
