Hi I’m in Newport South Wales and I’ve been advised that there is a problem with the mast and I’ve not been able to use my phone (only through wifi) since Wednesday…do you have any updates please?

No one here will have any updates on the progress of any repairs, the only way to keep upto date it to either use the My Network App or the Service Status page at https://status.o2.co.uk

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
