So I’ve very recently signed up to a sim-only contract for my iPhone. I then added an airtime plan for my Apple Watch, followed all instructions and confirmed the extra £5 per month. However when I check on mobile data on the Apple Watch app it just says ‘activating’… and I’ve waited almost a week and it’s still just saying that.
I’ve tried contacting support via the chat because it says leave a message and someone will come back to you… but when I try to put a message it just constantly says all agents are busy.
Getting very frustrated. Help appreciated. Thanks!
Currently a known issue that O2 are working on a fix for.
