Currently using O2 sim but want a new phone with a new O2 sim. How do I keep the same number please ?

It depends on how long you have been with o2 @PTR10s and what type of sim you are using.

If you are on pay monthly, and you have passed the minimum term of your deal than you can either upgrade after logging into your account or take out a new deal and then ask customer services to migrate your number from your current sim to your new one (once it arrives).

If you have not passed the minimum term then you will need to wait until you have passed it.

Finally if you are pay monthly then you just need to buy a new phone - if it comes with a new sim then again ask customer services to migrate your number or just use your current sim if it fits.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
