Hi
I’ve ordered a sim only today. I was previously with three and wanted to keep my number. I got and gave you my PAC code at checkout, with the understanding that that was what I needed to keep it but I’ve just logged onto my O2 and it shows a different number?
can you let me know if I will be able to keep my number or if I need to cancel ny order?

This is not O2 and we cannot access accounts.
As you only ordered today your number will not have transferred as yet. All SIM cards are sent with a temporary number.
You will know when the transfer happens as your old SIM will disconnect first. When that happens put in your new SIM and make sure you reboot your phone
