Bought new iPhone SE. Sim supplied didn't work so installed one from old iPhone 5s. This worked but no 5G.

So asked O2 for new sim. They agreed to do this but then removed my signal.

I have no idea when I will get the new sim so am at a bit of a loss as to know how things will progress.

Any ideas?

@joe1r The sim you received with the new phone would have been blank. You should have done a sim swap: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

If you have no signal at all, I suggest calling into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll set up a new sim and activate it for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
