Just upgraded to S23 plus. Decided to keep my old S10 and received a new sim/number to use for work only. Since swapping for new sim I cannot receive calls/texts on my S10 in one area, my work!! My S23+ works fine🤔

It just doesn't make sense,  I have checked network status but my other phone works fine so. Have been with o2 for 25 years with no problems.

Please help,  it feels like a  conspiracy .

O2's systems are weird and will disconnect sim cards when new ones are issued.

Call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they will supply you with a new sim and activate it for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.
Alternatively, speak to customer service. Use Skype if you have no other phone to use: Guide: A Guide to Skype
Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Many thanks.  I rang O2, they made some adjustments and  now working fine.  There was a glitch when sim card was activated.
