I want to buy only mobile but i dont need any plan for sim as i am already using 13 pro max with sim

You would need to buy it outright from Apple or another retailer..

Your only option with o2 is to pay off your device plan and upgrade, which will mean a new tariff, you can find how much this will cost via Myo2
