New phone broken after 3 days

Ordered a new phone last Thursday and it arrived Monday instead of Friday, today (Thursday) the screen and lock button doesn’t work! There is no damage to the phone at all and cannot even turn the phone off to restart it. 
I cannot seem to find a number of who to contact to sort this out.
