New Sim

Hi, I need a new sim for an iPhone SE that my daughter has given to me.  My very old phone is no longer charging therefore I can't receive your text messages on it.  I now can't access my o2 account as a text needs to be sent to verify.  Please could you advise.

Your old SIM may be of the tripple size type. See if the centre will push out to fit the iPhone.

If not calling into an O2 store with photo ID is the best way.
