I’ve just switched to a new monthly SIM with 02 and want to keep my existing number.  I have a PAC number and gave all the information to an 02 agent on Saturday (having no joy with the online process) and was told this would be done today by 6pm latest.  It hasn’t and I’ve heard nothing.

If you gave the PAC code over the weekend the earliest it would be done is tomorrow, but is dependent on the old network approving the request.

If you have not heard anything from o2, then you will need to contact them again on 0344 809 0202 from any phone or 202 from your o2 phone.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
