Network problems since being changed to O2 from virgin mobile

I was changed over to O2 uk in may 2023 I have a samsung A42  5G phone. Since the changeover my phone constantly drops the O2 uk network signal and says emergency calls only. If I restart the phone the signal comes back (sometimes) network coverage is good in my area. This phone worked perfectly when on the virgin network. I have contacted the overseas call centre at least ten times but they can never resolve this issue. My partner has the exact same phone and was also changed to O2 from virgin and is not having any problems. I was advised by a technical person that my account needs to be rebooted or has been set up incorrectly during the change over from virgin. How do I contact the correct people at O2 to get this done, the call centres cannot or will not look into this

@Ron53

If you haven't already dome so, get a new sim.

Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID or call customer services.
Call 202 from any O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
