How do I determine the timescales for a fix - or indeed verify that someone is actually looking at it ?

O2 will not give any timescale of fixes. The reason is delays can happen for a myriad reasons. Gaining access if on a private building or land needing spares which is proving difficult at the moment, I could go on. Also, depending on who owns the mast, they are in the hands of sub contractors. 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

As it is mentioned on the site, it will be being worked on, however, O2 never give timescales.

Just register for updates as that is all you will get.
