I transferred my number to O2 from my previous network on 27th March, all is fine but I can’t receive calls or texts. I have spoken to customer service a number of times who has escalated it to the Gurus but nothing has been done. I understand I am limited with the current situation but it’s quite worrying that my family and midwife can’t contact me. I have spoken to customer service again today who advised my only option is to use this forum. Please can someone help?

I have no idea why Customer services referred you here.
They have access to your account and we don't.
What sort of phone do you have?
It may well be that you need a new sim.
If you could try it in another phone and see if it gets calls and texts whilst in that phone, then we would have a much better idea of what's going on.
