Hello,

I have an O2 monthly package. I have just bought a new phone, a sim-free Samsung Galaxy A14-64 GB, and I want to switch to using that as my phone for the O2 package. The Samsung instructions tell me to insert a nano sim. Is that something O2 supplies? If not, how do I get one?

Hi there @Ray9

Welcome to the o2 Community forum

Yes all sims come with a press out feature including the tiny one in the middle nano. So no problem getting the nano it is a standard issue.

PS I  missed the point you need to request a sim from o2 customer service

Social Media is

 Good if you have one here or phone

Haven't you got a sim already and phone number already let us know and we can help.

send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

@Ray9

Most likely you won't need a new sim unless yours is very old.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Ray9

As an alternative and if you do need a new SIM, call into an O2 retail store with your old SIM and photographic identification and they will do the swop for you.
