Hi, is there any chance someone could help me with NO CALLER ID problem please. I have been having the issue now for about 2 weeks and no one seems to know how to fix it its happening on all incoming calls ,I have been to the o2 store and to the apple store and it seems to be a problem with the setting on my o2 account

@O2Sarah- has now fixed my problem by doing a reset of my account setting on o2's end and i cant thank her enough because at this point i had ordered another phone from another supplier/carrier but my faith has now been restored in o2 again thank you so much for the help everyone.

I have the same problem since 2 weeks all my incoming calls are shown as No Caller Id. I have also lost my voicemail. I have spoken with O2 almost everyday but no solution has been found. I have switched SIM card twice with out success. I have put my simcard in a different phone and No Caller ID is still there. I have done resets any any other solution that has been suggested but without success. I have put my simcard in a Samsung phone and the no caller id is still there. Apple has done a diagnostic check of my phone and there is no problem with my phone. I am disappointed in Customer Service as they can't help and they say they don't know what else to do.... Anyone has a suggestion?
