The app isn’t working it just keeps saying oops something went wrong when I try to sign into my account

Have you tried the website and does that work @Aaron10 ?

If yes, try uninstalling the app, reboot your phone and install again.

If no, it might need some help from customer services.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG). Best time to call is 8am.
