Hi,
I made an account on My O2 about two months ago - whenever I try to log in it says ‘My O2 is not available to you yet, it can take new accounts up to 48 hours to be activated’ I’d like to know if there are any ways to fix this or log in…

Best thing to do is either call customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or try and use live chat if an when available at https://o2.co.uk/contactus or go to the o2 shop
