My o2 error and direct debit overcharge

My o2 now opens to Elizabeth Noonan instead of Eric Noonan Elizabeth is my wife she has her own My o2 account both accounts display the same information about her phone. Also my bank statement indicates that I have been charged £25. OO not the usual £ 14.01. Can you please clarify

O2 have suspended combining accounts in My O2. So you will need to make an account in your name using a different email address 

You will need to contact O2 re the charge
