Hello I put a payment through last Friday and it hasn’t been taken?

 

my next bill is due in 5 days and what I don’t want to happen is you take both amounts 

 

is there any way we can stop the payment I made Friday 2nd to clear my o2 account before you take the direct debit in a few days?

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
