My new O2 phone sim.

Hello, i have just changed from Sky to Virgin media.

Included in the package was a sim card which i received from  O2 yesterday.

As i am already a O2 customer using a monthly paid sim i wish to do two things.

1. change my existing number to the new sim .

2, Obviously when that is done i wish to cancel my old sim account.

If you can sort this out i would be grateful.

You need to speak to O2.
