Solved: My data won’t work and I can’t make calls

I can’t make any outgoing calls and my data won’t work either. I have turned my phone of and back on again and tried the SIM card ect but had no luck

If you need a new sim, pop into any O2 store with some ID, or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
