Hi

How do I change the number of seconds before voicemail picks up a call?

I have tried **61*901*11NN# and then pressing call and also sending via text without success. Voicemail still only allows 15 seconds. (also tried **61*901*NN# and sent that both as a call and also text). NN = number of seconds required and I tried 30.

Thanks for the replies. I do not know (or wish to know) how to close this down but FYI  I managed to solve the issue by typing in the correct code which is **61*901*11*30# and then pressing the call icon

If you have wifi calling activated then you need to deactivate it first

You can then dial the code on the phone app

Reactivate WiFi calling after

No need to shut down a topic on the community once a question is answered, @Art1 😄. That way if someone has the same issue as you, they can find this thread as well as the solution! Thanks for posting.
