I’m new to O2 6 weeks ago. I downloaded the app and registered for my account but every time I try to login, I get an error message saying that my account isn’t working yet. Can someone please help me ?

Can you log into the MyO2 website at all using the same credentials?
If you cann then you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone / 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
