At first I don't receive text message & then I keep receiving multiple copies of the same text message, over and over and over. It is so annoying, even so when you have to request a code to enter your bank etc.
I have contacted O2 who keep saying they will look into it for me, the latest being I have got to wait 5 working days before I hear anything, this has been going on now for 3 weeks. I have gone into our local shop Hanley S-o-T and they say its a well known issue and they cant do anything about it. Even if I brought a new phone, they can't guarantee it won't happen again. This is now a big issue for me as I can't get any help. I just want to leave O2 now 😞
