I've just bought Motorola e13.  I've managed to transfer data from.my old phone but I cannot find the keyboard on the phone, when I tap on it nothing happens. I've tried settings , but still can't get the keyboard to appear.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hello

I've now managed to make the keyboard appear on my Motorola e13

by clearing the cache, which had a lot in it.  I don't understand why this

should be with a brand new phone.
