Morning. Having problems with mobile Internet. It doesn't work at all. Problem started yesterday after receiving a txt from o2 saying my sim was now 5g ready. Any help would be great thank you

Hi @JC10 - the SMS may have said your O2 tariff or account is now enabled for 5G - you still need: a 5G phone, a 5G SIM, and be in a 5G area for your phone to pick up and use a 5G signal. Sounds like you need to try temporarily switching your phone to 3G/2G after rebooting it to see if that helps get your mobile internet working again. Then flip it back up to 4G or Auto.
If that does not help, then reach out to O2 via Social Media, links below, or call 202 and talk to CS (around 08:15 is best time to call and get onto the queue). Good luck.
