I was hoping to have received an estimated time slot window for my delivery of new device however I never received one. This meant I missed my delivery, tracking now says exception recipient wasn’t available processing for next delivery?
Should a notification have been sent? Usually when I’ve ordered from other places you get a window so there is no need to wait in all day. Due to work I was planning on having someone at my home to receive the package.
any help would be appreciated. Thank you
