Hi I need a new sim and new number as iv lost my sim and I would also like to change my payment date as my pay days have changed

You need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 from any other phone, and they can do all this for you.

You will need to contact O2 on all these matters

Best to report SIM lost as if someone uses it you are liable.
