My phone was stolen by a baboon! I am in Zambia. My niece in UK reported it lost to O2 in UK and asked for new Sim to be sent to my address. They told her I had to go on line and order through my account. When I do this under 'swap sim' it tells me to enter the security number they have sent to my mobile phone. Hmmmm. Clearly I can't request a replacement sim via this route - anyone got any advice as to how I can do this on line?
Thanks

You can't. You have lost your sim and phone. O2 will only send sims to a UK address This is the guide for lost and stolen Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it. You should pick up a cheap phone (if you can) and use a local sim until you return home.

Guide here Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

thanks for your help with this - not being a social media person - will endeavour to try Facebook as someone signed me up to that about twenty years ago and never used it!
