I have been transferred from Virgin Media but am having trouble logging in as I also have a login for work so it keeps taking me there. Please can you help me sort this problem. Many thanks in advance. Linda Nelson

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
