Logging in to my O2

Hi I usually just enter a passcode to log in the my O2 app but just done that and it started flashing and wouldn’t let me log in then it’s asking me for username and password so just changed that and it still won’t let me log in to my, my O2 account

I would start by trying a different browser or clearing all your temporary internet files / cookies, and then try again.
