Since I had my plan upgraded yesterday I have no service.
As I cannot receive texts I cannot get onto My o2, I also cannot ring O2 and the live chat link I managed to get mailed to me is dead !

You can call o2 using Skype, or try getting in touch via social media @Tyzer .
