im trying to upgrade my phone, but i am unable to as my basket has crashed and i dont want to do my credit check again as this will affect my credit score, money has already been taken out! Please help.

You will need to speak to the Sales Team on 0808 002 0202 tomorrow . Also be aware that o2 dont have the money, it will be pending with your bank, and it should bounce back in 24 hrs to 7 days...
