For the last 3 or 4 days every time I’ve came on to the app and I’ve clicked on the upgrade, buy a bolt on and the other one next to them.
The upgrade page opens up and says I can upgrade then the screen goes blank and can’t get any further, while the other 2 open up just as a blank screen.
I had thought last night that O2 may of been working to sort out this and other problems as the app was shut down for maintenance but obversely not this issue.
So I thought I would put up this post to see if anybody else was having this issue as well.

Better chance of success using the Browser version of MyO2 than the app, @Casper2018 - https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
Even then, using an incognito or In private tab on your browser and logging into the site afresh can help. Good luck.

Thank you your advice pgn but still no good and when I try to do it on Safari as I use a iPhone either normal or private its even worse as I don’t see anything of my account at all!
I’m now going to go back to the page that had popped up and thrown me off this page about answering a questionnaire despite I had said I would answer it after I had finished writing it.

Ah. So you have met our friendly community pop up. Throws me off posting several times a day.
They are supposed to be fixing it...that goes back months.
Shows you what chance you have of paying via the App
