Incoming calls - no caller ID

Since Thursday all of my incoming calls are coming through as ‘No Caller ID’. This includes all of my saved contacts. I’ve checked all of my phone settings, completed a network reset, installed the latest iOS,

called O2 twice (they just googled it and offered no solutions!), been to a store and done a SIM swap. When another SIM,

with another account and number, is placed into my phone it works fine! It seems to be baffling everyone. Anyone have any ideas??….

You need to send @O2Trevski the info he needs via Private Message.

Click on his name (in Blue)

That will take you to @O2Trevski's Page.

Top right hand corner you will see 'Send A Message'

Click on that and a another Box opens.

It will have his name at the top

On Subject just write "No Caller ID"

Then give him the info he requires in the large box.

When he replies you will see a red (1) in the envelope icon on your home page,

Hi @gmarkj I will pick this up thanks.

 

It looks like the no caller id issue has started after the latest IOS update .
