In France & no network connection options visible

I have an iPhone Xs & never have a problem travelling internationally.
Arrived in France from Uk a few hrs ago & still cannot get usual meny & auto connections to a local network.
Any ideas?

Some things to try:
Check data roaming is on in phone settings.
Manually search for another network
Turn off 5g
Change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
Check with O2 whether you have a roaming bar on your account. Do this via social media
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help.

Just waiting on O2 support chat now. My acct looks fine but checking in case of Roaming bar.
My menu options are not showing anything so no manual set up for call or data roaming possible. Never seen this happen before.
