You would need to sign up to a new deal, either directly with o2 or via a 3rd party. Use a different email address.
Once you get the login all set up, there is an option to "bring in other o2 products or services" once you log in to your main o2 account.
Click that and follow the directions on screen.
Be aware that once linked you cannot separate the accounts out until one or the other is closed.
