Hi,
I am unable to receive any texts but those I send are being received with no issues. Therefore, I assume that my settings are all ok.
I've had the phone for 18 months and haven't changed number, provider etc. recently. Texts were ok last week (I don't send or receive many).
My daughter, who lives with me, is also on O2 and has no issues. So, no problem with service status and the online coverage/network status shows all is ok here.
I have removed the sim and cleaned. I've powered on and off multiple times and I've force stopped the messaging app and restarted.
Any ideas please? Thanks

@SCFins You can try to reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thanks for the reply.
I did try forcing a different network selection and back to O2. No luck there.
I think I've tried everything in the guide now. Looks like I'll have to try to contact O2 somehow.
