I upgraded my sim only contract to a cheaper but accidently ordered an E-sim/ My phone is not compatible with E-sims. I currently have an 02 sim card, is it possible to use that instead of the E-sim?

If your physical sim still has service then you can keep using that, if it doesnt then pop down to an o2 store with photo ID and pick up a new sim card.
If you cant then you will be best to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 and request one to be posted out, but that will take 3 -7 days to get to you.
