How to view incoming numbers

My SIM card is not in a phone it’s in an electric gate which we use to open

so how can I check who is calling the gate

I need access to view incoming numbers somehow

I don't think you can as the ones I have seen don't offer Caller ID.

Bills only show outgoing numbers

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
