Hi - I need a PUK code in order to unlock my SIM.
I've tried following these instructions: "Or sign in to My O2, go to My device, then Device details."
Once signed in, neither of those sections appear to exist. Entering my number on this page: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/unblock-your-phone does not work either.
How else can I get this code, please?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
If you've tried and failed too many times you'll need a new sim.

If you are on the new billing syslem Manag Try Manage Your Account > Swap your SiM and use the drop down box to get your PUK
