How to delete online account

How i can delete my o2 online account, because i cant buy pay as go mobile. I registered before at home. I haven’t any bills or something, when i go o2 branch it’s show my e mail already have. I want delete my account

Or you can register for a free e-mail address from Google or similar, then register with that new address to make your pay as you go purchase, then ask O2 via Social Media to swap the e-mail addresses between both accounts. Whichever way you choose, good luck @Hasitha.
