I already did my bill payment but still i get restrictions on my data and everything thing

First thing. Supplying you phone number and account on an open forum leaves yourself open to spam or worse. Use the down arrow at the top right of your post to edit out.
It takes 48 hours for payments to clear. If longer than that you need to speak to Payment Management
