Hi. looking for advice
have tried to upgrade my phone via o2 app. At log in it’s tells me I can upgrade but as soon as click on the link it tells me I can’t
Have spent 72 hours trying to resolve via the chat function and have gone through the upgrade process 3 times over the phone. Each time I hit a brick wall and still can’t upgrade. Feel like I’m going mad. How do I get o2 to engage with the problem.

Try using a new browser or an incognito/private browsing window/tab, @Yyynnn32 - and do not log into the Forum at all while in the O2 online shop. https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you - link below has 3 ways to do that, pick one and stick with it.
