hello, I have bought new iphone and requested qr code sim for it on my o2 phone. Now I can't use the o2 app to login as my sim on old device doesn't work and can't check where is the code?

What should I do?

The eSIM can now be installed from MyO2 and as you don't have access you will have to call or message O2

Take your phone and photo ID to your local O2 store and they will sort you out while you wait.
